All our fabrics are hand sourced from surplus fabric markets, warehouses and factories in India. As part of our low carbon initiative, we don't produce ANY fabric, instead we save and reuse left over fabric from other fashion brands supply chains. This lowers our carbon footprint and saves on thousands of litres of water and greenhouse emissions every year.

Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are returned with signs of being worn or received outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted. Postage costs for the returned items are not covered by Ilk + Ernie, however the exchanged items are re-delivered free of charge.
